Rypinskie Zaklady Metalowe Ltd. has launched a training program designed for students of higher education who wish to start a career in international trade. This training program has been implemented in our sales department.

The employment of participants will be conducted by RZM Ltd. on the basis of a student internship agreement.

For each internship, individually planned tasks will be prepared. With the implementation of the planned tasks, students can count on substantial support from their supervisors who will provide them with knowledge and carry out individual evaluations of the student’s achievements throughout the internship program.

In addition, interns participate in training courses organized by RZM Ltd. These courses are aimed to provide all participants with must-have knowledge about production and specifications of services of the company and to develop soft skills, as well as essential abilities to succeed in international trade.

After training students with the best results will be offered the opportunity for continued cooperation.
