Flat and steel flanges

Rypinskie Zaklady Metalowe, known as RZM, is a Polish company with a long-standing tradition for success in the metal production market. We are a recognised producer of steel flanges for pipe couplings that meet both national and international quality standards as well as the needs of our clients. Flat flanges are our main focus but we also produce individually tailored, non-standard structure elements and other items made upon request. All of our products are made of high-quality, certified acid-proof steel to ensure their longevity.

Here at RZM, our high-tech facilities allow us to execute many different types of construction to fit our clients’ every need. We utilize both conventional and CNC machine tools for processing to achieve maximum accuracy and efficiency. With the CNC method, we are able to cut the processed material using either gas or plasma. The former method allows to cut even thick pieces of metal, while the latter is remarkably time-efficient and significantly reduces any loss in material.
